| Rey L. Vergara
President President of New San Jose Builders, Inc. Mr. Vergara has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, where he also graduated with B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering in 1975. He was granted by NEDA a year scholarship for diploma in development economics. Mr. Vergara has been with NSBJI for the past twenty (20) years serving as the company's Chief Finance Officer in 1986 before becoming president in 1994. He has also worked as Department Manager and Special Assistant to the General Manager of the National Housing Authority (NHA) from 1984 to 1986 and was the President of Real Bank from 1993 to 1995.
Engr. Felicisimo P. Isidoro
Senior Vice President (Building) NSBJI's Senior Vice President for Operations.. He is a licensed civil engineer from Mapua Institute of Technology and has over 34 years of experience in various engineering projects both Building to Roads and Flood Control. Graduated March 1980 from Mapua Institute of Technology Manila, Philippines, with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has over twenty-five (25) years of diversified professional experience in the various aspects of construction work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (15 yrs) and the Philippines. Hands-on experience in dealing and coordinating project related matters with western and other multinationals of various disciplines, in the area of project operation and management; from civil / structural to finishing / architectural works; for small to large scale building and infrastructure projects. The scope of work and responsibility covers project supervision, Logistics, control estimating, costing, planning, contracts, billing and coordination with clients / consultant / sub-contractors. Asst. Vice President (Building) NSBJI's Assistant Vice President for Building. Mr. Calub is a licensed civil engineer. Graduated 1975 from University of Mindanao Davao City, Philippines.
